My CASA dongle is not recognised under Win-XP.

The hardlock is not recognised because the drivers are not always working properly under Win-XP. We solved this by using following procedure:

1. Download the HLDRV32 drivers (HLDRV32.ZIP) from the download section and unzip them.
2. First install the driver hldrv32.exe.
3. Now, finally install the driver hldrv32_XP.exe.
Everything should work fine now.
