The Vitaport 4 PSG-lite system is our anticipation on 'In-home PSG' to rapidly becoming a frequently applied established medical test ('Level II' for the US). This easy-to-use all-in package, including a powerful but unobtrusive PSG recorder along with turn-key software for automatic PSG pre-analysis, fast and transparent re-score options and flexible PSG report generation and database exploration provides:

  • Vitaport 4 PSG recorder
  • Strap-on system holding all sensors in place (patient may visit the bathroom at night)
  • multi-night capability
  • Vitascore PSG scoring software

The in-home PSG solution as PSG package that is as easy-to-apply as an ordinary pulmonary screening test, but that reliably reveals the impact of respiratory or other disturbances on sleep and arousing as well.

Specifications
Three multi purpose high quality ExG amplifiers allow to derive EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG and Snoring signals with the same amplifiers. Therefore, typically, the PSG wil be used with this Level II montage.

The included Vitascore PSG scoring software supports:

  • Automatic pre-analysis of sleep, arousal, all SpO2, respiratory and cardiac events and PLMS
  • Complementary parameters as Pulse Transit Time, phase angle between Chest and Abdomen effort, 'Tidal Volume' (un-calibrated / calibrated) and 'Ventilation' (Tidal Volume times instantaneous Breath rate).
  • Multi-time base browsing and efficient manual re-score
  • Flexible and User editable report generation, workflow-model and data base exploration
