Vitaport 4 PSG -level I- system

PSG -Level I-
SKU: M98790

All-in-one PSG level I (+ in-home level II)
The Vitaport 4 PSG system is our anticipation on the growing need for 'In-home PSG' (preferably Level I, minimally level II). The combination of our powerful but unobstrusive PSG recorder with turn-key software for automatic PSG pre-analysis, fast and transparent re-score options and flexible PSG report generation and database exploration. This all-in-one package comprises our:

  • Vitaport 4 -Level I- PSG recorder and easy-to-use setup software, including bio-check and impedance check
  • Strap-on system holding all sensors in place (patient may visit the bathroom at night)
  • Multi-night capability through easy and safe recharging and hot-swap battery packs
  • Vitascore PSG scoring software

This package is the clinical PSG package that is almost as easy-to-apply as an ordinary pulmonary screening test, but that in addition, through extension with multi-channel EEG, reliably reveals the impact of respiratory or other disturbances on sleep and arousing. The Vitascore software also offers spectral analysis of EEG and of Heart Rate Variability as a function of sleep stages to monitor effects of pharma-induced sleep and symphathovagal balance respectively..

State of the art PSG reports!

Analysis software
The included Vitascore PSG scoring software supports:

  • Automatic pre-analysis of sleep, arousal, all SpO2, respiratory and cardiac events and PLMS
  • Complementary parameters as Pulse Transit Time, phase angle between Chest and Abdomen effort, 'Tidal Volume' (un-calibrated / calibrated) and 'Ventilation' (Tidal Volume times instantaneous Breath rate)
  • Multi-time base browsing and efficient manual re-score
  • Flexible and User editable report generation, workflow-model and data base exploration
Vitascore multi-time base re-score example. (with highlighted track spots for synchronization)

Upper window:
3 minutes detail for respiratory event notation showing:
LegEMG, SpO2, Flow (thermo-couple), Nasal Pressure, Chest RIP, Effort phase angle, Abdomen RIP, Snore, Heart Rate (40 – 100 bpm), Pulse Transit Time (400-600 mSec), Body Position

Lower window:
30 seconds time base for sleep & arousal scoring:
LegEMG, ECG, Pulse wave, Flow, Nasal Pressure, Chest RIP, Effort phase angle, Abdomen RIP, Snore, SpO2, Body Position, 2x EOG, 8x EEG, Chin EMG.

Spectral analysis

Typical Vitascore spectral analysis

Multicolor graphs indicate per sleep stage:

  • Heart Rate Variability spectra from 0-1 Hz. (upper middle graph)
  • EEG spectra from 0-30 Hz. (2 lower graphs)
    Color coding of spectra:
    green = Stage N3, blue = REM, red = Wake, yellow = Stage N1/N2

Histograms (upper left/right) show distributions of:

  • Heart Rate (30 - 140 bpm).
  • Pulse Transit Time (250 - 500 mSec).
