VitaMove

Mental strain and relaxation through Heart Rate Variability. 'VitaMove' is designed to be used for a period of up to several weeks, sensors are easy to apply (shower and strap-on again) and comfortable to wear (strap-off the leg sensor and go to sleep). 'VitaMove' also captures heart rate variability (HRV) as a function of posture and activity and thereby uniquely discerns physical from mental strain.
